Customer Success Manager

Get in on the ground floor at a top, fast-paced startup, while solving a huge challenge for product managers and developers- understanding customer experience. We're looking for a super-motivated individual to lead the customer success team at LogRocket. We have a product that customers are already raving about; you will play a key role in building the processes that lead to successful long-term relationships with our customers.

LogRocket is the first system that gives companies complete visibility into their customer experience. We've already attracted an elite roster of hundreds of customers including Reddit,, Walmart, and Ryanair.


  • 2+ years experience in customer success
  • Self-learner and self-starter, able to become a product expert and customer advocate
  • Excellent written and verbal skills- you will be leading calls with executives and other key stakeholders and sometimes traveling to meet customers in-person.


  • You’ll get to be one of our early employees and help us grow and eventually lead your team.
  • You'll get to work closely with customer executives and other key stakeholders
  • Ownership of core metrics such as renewal rate and churn
