People Operations & Administrative Manager

Looking to get in on the ground floor at one of Boston's top startups? 

We're looking for an outgoing and highly motivated individual to join our team as a People Operations & Administrative Manager. This role will work in coordination with our executive team to manage company culture, office logistics, and team events. Qualified candidates will be passionate about workplace happiness and fostering a work environment consistent with LogRocket's core values.

LogRocket is the first system that gives developers complete visibility into their customer experience. We recently raised a $11M series A and our customer base is growing quickly! We've already attracted an elite roster of hundreds of customers including Reddit, Twitch.tv, Walmart, and Ryanair. Currently located in Kendall Square in Cambridge, we'll be moving to Downtown Crossing, located in the heart of Boston, next month.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive company culture and cohesive work environment
  • Schedule and coordinate team events
  • Manage the on-site interview experience for candidates
  • Coordinate onboarding and welcome experience for new hires
  • Oversee office logistics including catered lunch, stocking kitchen with snacks, managing office furniture, etc
  • Managing expenses, accounts payable, and other finance functions
  • And many more... you will be wearing many hats!
