Head of Funnel Growth

Get in on the ground floor at a top, fast-paced startup, while solving a huge challenge for product managers and developers- understanding customer experience. We're looking for a super-motivated individual to lead the funnel growth team at LogRocket. We have a product that customers are already raving about; you will play a key role in reaching more potential customers and helping them turn those customers into LogRocket advocates. If you happen to have experience in the analytics or developer tool verticals, that’s a significant plus.

LogRocket is the first system that gives companies complete visibility into their customer experience. We've already attracted an elite roster of hundreds of customers including Reddit, Twitch.tv, Walmart, and Ryanair, based largely on word-of-mouth. Now we're building out the marketing team to broaden our reach. That's where you come in.

The Head of Funnel Growth will be responsible for growing the awareness of LogRocket around the world and driving user growth. We are looking for an amazing, data-driven marketer who will own the funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into product signups, and nurturing those users into happy customers. This is a role that will not only be building a team over time but also doing individual contribution as well. Responsibilities:

  • Establish closed-loop analytics to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers
  • Strategically plan, test, implement and optimize online marketing campaigns
  • Develop a deep mastery of the funnel obtaining insights into everything that helps drive users to paying customers
  • Identify and execute upon ways to improve LogRocket's search rankings for key terms at all levels of the funnel
  • Quantify everything you do; conduct analysis to identify the highest value opportunities
  • Work closely with product marketing to ensure the content pipeline supports funnel optimization activities
  • Work with the product teams to identify and implement product features that will drive engagement and conversion
  • Ensure the tools and infrastructure to provide the optimal growth results are in place

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS degree or 5+ years equivalent work experience
  • Previous marketing experience conducting demand generation, conceiving and delivering digital advertising campaigns and implementing automated marketing campaigns
  • Previous management experience is ideal. However, we will work closely with you to further develop your management skills
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Proficiency in demand generation, marketing automation and SEO tools in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them into converted customers
  • Able to work in teams and collaborate with others
  • Have strong coordination and project management skills to handle complex projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to deal with the dynamic environment of a technology start up
  • Enjoy being challenged and like to solve complex problems every day
